Change the WPF parent after rotation (setting a new task)

I need to change the parent element. (for groups / groups) But I can’t set a new position for an element if it has a rotation.

I saw this , this , this and many other ways, but no one worked correctly.

Please see my sample project and the following image:

Parent Rect1- ChildCanvas1and the parent element Rect2- ChildCanvas2I want to move Rect1, and Rect2in MainCanvas. (and delete ChildCanvasand ChildCanvas2)
