Failed to load file or assembly "CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ClientDoc"

I am developing an application in asp.net in which I use Crystal Reports. When I run the application, it gives me an exception.

Failed to load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ClientDoc' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with the wrong format.
