Concurrency on DocumentDB

This is a new question about DocumentDB. We want to use DocumentDB for our application. We have several users modifying the data stored in DocumentDB. How can we say that one user does not overwrite changes to another user?

DocumentDB does not protect against concurrency. If you place a new version of a document on top of an existing old document, it will be overwritten. If you can protect against simultaneous recording, you need to use the timestamp of the document. Each document in a DB document has a timestamp of the last action.
