Rails Sidekiq Redis long operation due to brpop

Monitoring Newrelic in a new Ruby on Rails application with Sidekiq and not much logic, but not very traffic implemented, shows that Redis takes a lot of time (about 2s-3s) in operations brpop.

why?

Is this a problem in terms of performance?
