The IOS button in adding a platform or version does not work, unable to load a new version in the AppStore using ITUNES CONNECT

I don’t know what is happening with iTunes Connect, I can’t download the new version of my application. The problem is that the IOS button in the new version or on the platform does not work !!!

I click on “Add a new version or platform” and it shows me a popup, but when I click on the ios element, nothing happens, I checked the iTunes network and just threw me a css warning. See the attached image, as you can see the button is disabled

I really need to upload a new version to production, there is a big mistake that should be resolved as soon as possible. [enter image description here]

UPDATE

This is an iTunes connection error. Apple will fix it, but a quick fix to this problem is explained in the answer to this post.

Apple will answer me that they will take care of this, but they did not say that this is the error of their page. I did not expect a solution from the apple, so I checked the network elements, trying to find a way to solve my problem, and finally I found it!
