I use Jenkins " Git plugin " to poll my git repository for commits. I used Advanced Behavior . " polling ignores commits from certain users," "polling ignores commits with certain messages," and "polling ignores commits on certain paths." They seem to have worked with an earlier version of Jenkins and the git plugin.
But for some reason, I started with a new instance of Jenkins and now, although I use the latest version of the plugin, the poll triggers the assembly for all commits, even if it should ignore them.
The My Jenkins job does the completion of git after the job is completed, which in turn launches another assembly (even if I ignored them through all the Advanced Behavior options ).
As a result, I have a series of unwanted builds. Any help would be appreciated.
