I use the Stepping thread group to load test

This is a thread stepping group configuration. Instead of working for 4 hours, it stops after it starts for 17 minutes. What could be the reason?

You can add the Runtime Controller as the parent of your test to ensure runtime, in your case Runtime in Seconds = 14400 (4 hours) 60 * 60 * 4)
