Class entities from the database freeze when “key extraction” from a Netbeans / Hibernate data source

Question

Inside Netbeans 8.0.2:

Steps: new file> Hibernate> Hibernate reverse engineering

Getting tables and views begins, reaches 98%, and then freezes. It freezes on the same image or in the following form.

I tried several cars - the same result.

Is there a limit on the size of the input data - in the wizard? Or maybe the problem with the database itself?
