Read email to activate ReadTheDocs

Question

I tried installing ReadTheDocs on my Linux server, following the documentation: http://read-the-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/install.html

However, I do not get the activation address.
I was able to see the email output on the server

note: This is an email with a reset password, it has the same problem as the activation email address. (I did not receive any emails from my ReadTheDocs installation)
