TFS 2015 build - Get Sources takes too long (5 minutes)

Question

I tested the assembly with only one text file here, and I got this:

This is the same for all builds; Get sources take 5 minutes. Even when I'm going to save the workspace.

Any idea how to speed this up or what could be causing this delay?

There may be network speed (if you are building on one server and then transferring files to another network resource) or a problem with the disk on the server (busy or slow disk) or Anitvirus (blocking and scanning of each file that is copied to the buildarea / network endpoint . Etc.

Instead of 5 minutes, it took 0.23 seconds! It seems to be a joke, but it is not!
