Storage quota exceeded

I set up a test account for firebase for development purposes only.

I used the storage function and therefore uploaded a 400 KB image manually, which I later uploaded through the IOS app.

Suddenly, the application stopped working and I can’t access the repository from the console. I get the message "warning Cannot connect to server. Please try again in a few minutes."

When searching on stackoverflow, I found that some people claim that this is due to multiple google accounts signed in in the same browser, etc.

However, the iOS application logs the following error:

Domain Error = FIRStorageErrorDomain Code = -13000 "An unknown error has occurred, please check the server response." UserInfo = {object = images / nicewall.jpg, bucket = partyreports-49b0a.appspot.com, ResponseBody = {"error": {"code": 402, "message": "Quota has been exceeded for this project. Visit the pricing page Firebase to learn more. " }

Pay attention to the message "Quota exceeded .."

How is this possible? Analysts / events show "session_start: 193" which I guess how many times the application has connected to Firebase.

Now, if my calculations are correct, 193x400KB is less than a 30 GB traffic limit.

It is worth noting that I have a second project setup under the same account that I do not use at all .. and access to the repository is available.
