WebSphere 9 redundant startup time

I am testing WebSphere Application Server 9, the full profile, and I am intrigued by the time it takes to run the profile. I already installed the application, and theoretically this could be a criminal, but the magazines do not show any evidence of this. Relevant part of the log file:

As you can see on the 2nd and 3rd lines, the server waits more than a minute. There are no exceptions or any other information that may indicate a problem.

Does anyone know what the problem is?
