At the time you submitted your question, the answer was no, but now (more than a year later!) You can use the clang formatter in NetBeans, subject to the following restrictions:
You should use version 8.2 of NetBeans instead of version 8.1.
You should install from a recent night development of NetBeans 8.2 instead of using the standard version. This is because this functionality has been added only recently. See NetBeans Error 270882 .
To use the clang formatter in NetBeans:
Create a trivial C ++ application in NetBeans.
Select the project node in the Projects tab , right-click and select Properties from the pop-up menu.
In the Project Properties window that opens , click Formatting in the list of categories.
