Negative invoice amount

Question

I use the band to subscribe customers to a monthly plan. Halfway through a customer can reduce the amount of plan. Thus, in the upcoming bill it will sometimes be negative.

Does a negative account line mean that the client will be refunded the amount to his card?

Yes, the amounts of negative invoices act as loans to the client, which are offset by the balance of customers for subsequent invoices
