Best html editor for non-technical user

Question

I set up a simple web page for a family member, and now they want to be able to edit the page themselves.

My main tool for web development is gvim, which obviously is out of the question for non-tech.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a simple efficient HTML editor WYSWYG

There are no requirements for javascript, forms, or any fancy stuff - just a clean presentation!
