How is memory organized in Windows?

I'm looking for an explanation or free, free online resources about organizing memory and managing memory on Windows systems.

You can buy this (old) book (the actual architecture of Windows has not changed significantly in 10 years) for a penny (used):

Windows Internals is the canonical link for mm. This is much better than anything else you will find about this, as Lundy Wang doesn't write too much :)
