C, which prints another program in Japanese

Question

Program C was written for the contest, which was formatted in ASCII art as a Japanese character. When it is compiled and launched, another program is printed, formatted in another Japanese character, then another, then finally it prints the first again.

I searched the code and could not find it on the Internet. I don’t remember which competition, and what is the name of the program.
