IIS Log Files Displayed as Rewritten rather than Original URL

My problem is that I am changing the way I do it. Porting Url in an Asp.Net application changed the IIS log files as follows:

/ page / 80 etc. / page / anotherpage / 80 etc.

to

default.aspx page = 1 80 etc. default.aspx page = 2 80 etc.

I am a little puzzled by how this happened. Is there a parameter that I am missing (Win 2008, ASP.NET 2.0). The parameter 'runAllManagedRequests' is also included.
