Where is the WCF service with AJAX support?

I installed Visual Studio 2008 and fixed it using SP1. However, I cannot find the “AJAX-enabled WCF service” in the “New Project” dialog box. Do I need to add any patches to create an AJAX-enabled WCF service template?

Basically this is not in the New Project dialog box. It is located in the Create Element dialog box.
