How to change ANSEL encoded text to UTF-8 in C #?
This is a non-trivial conversion because the Windows / .NET Framework does not have an ANSEL code page. See here for the birth of another person trying this transformation.
Joshperry is true. The Eichmann site mainly contains ONLY documentation that attempts to explain the ANSEL encoding. Unfortunately, the program code is not there, so you have to code it yourself.

There is an AnselEncoding class (derived from the standard encoding class), available as part of Gedcom.NET at http://sourceforge.net/projects/gedcom-net/ , which also includes support for some LDS extensions.
