Installing and starting the .NET Windows service on a web host

Can Web Hosting Providers Install Windows Services? I want to play with some automation materials that I can currently do well from my own computer, but I would like to start opening this publication to the public. However, can web hosts run installutil.exe?

If anyone has experience, please let me know. Thanks.

Thanks to Mitchell and Vmarkes.

I found this round around implementing a service , but without actually installing the service.

However, this is a bit of an implementation hock, so I can just go and try the VPS / dedicated route.
