What is the "Absolute Completion of the Final Reservation"?

According to Java language specification :

If there are any attached try actions whose try blocks contain a throw statement, then any final sentences of these try statements are executed, since control is passed out until an abandoned value is selected. Note that abrupt completion of the finally clause can disrupt the transfer of control initiated by the throw statement.
