User behavior inside my webpage

Does anyone know if there is a way to understand what users are doing on my webpage? I see general statistics in Google Analytics, but I can’t understand what users are looking for if they read my content, etc.

Does anyone know if there is a free or paid service that I could use?

You can try using one of the analytic things that heatmaps make.

They give a visual indication of where people click on the site, and I think some may allow you to track where the cursor is.

It’s about as close as you can get to what you want - there’s no way to keep track of what someone is watching,

The site location report in Google Analytics probably refers to Wikipedia. However, it doesn’t work most of the time (this is a “piece of shit” in Google’s own words).

ClickTale is fine. I recommend CrazyEgg: http://crazyegg.com/
