I have an application that uses Ideablade Devforce as an OR or mapper. When the application starts, it wants to write the debuglog.xml file to C: \ Program Files \ Application Name \ This works fine in Windows XP, but because Vista has blocked write access to Program Files, the application, and application errors.
Is there any way to stop Ideablade wanting to write to this file?
OR
Is there a place where it is recommended to install applications that want to write files on the installation path?
