What is the best way to keep track of all programming information?

Although this is a question and this question is close to what I ask, I believe that there may be a more developed solution for developers.

So SO is what you use to keep track of all the important information that you encounter daily but cannot afford to read at that time. I am currently using del.icio.us, but I thought I'd poll the SO community to see if something was missing.

I thought about creating a wiki for myself, but I never got it. As usual, I like to organize my information, I can access it where I need it.
