How to install web platform tools in Eclipse?

What URL do I install and any prerequisites, and how do I install them? Fighting this for the last 1 hour with no luck.

2013 new answer: it seems to depend on which version of the eclipse you are using.

• click "help" → "about eclipse sdk" to find the version (e.g. 4.2.2).
• Optionally, from the version number you can find the name of the codes (for example, Juno) from Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eclipse_%28software%29#Releases
• go here: http://wiki.eclipse.org/WTP_FAQ#How_do_I_install_WTP.3F
• right-click on the correct WTP link, copy the link address (for example, WTP 3.4) (they must be specified by version and code name).
• now in eclipse, click "help" → "install new software ..." and paste the location of the link in the "work with" field (for example, " http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/repository/juno/ ") .
• select "Web Tool Platform (WTP #. #. #)" and click "Next" and install everything.
• restart eclipse, close all open files and open them to start working web tools.

If you can use a clean installation of Eclipse. Download the Enterprise Java version . WTP included with this Eclipse distribution. When you need updates for WTP, you can receive updates using the Eclipse Software Updates tool.

I try to stick with Pulse , which handles a lot of the Eclipse plugin settings for you. By the way, I am not connected with them, but I am very pleased with the service. WTP is one of the features they provide.
