I was instructed to recreate the MS Access calendar in the Winforms C # application. What I created for users - they hate. I basically dumped data in a DataGridView, where they could search by month, day, or employee to get Calendar events.
They asked for a redesign to make it look like the Outlook Style Calendar front-end with SQL Server server content. Let me say that there is a zero budget for this project, so buying components is not an option for us.
Has anyone had to create an Outlook style calendar that allows multiple events on a specific day, etc.? Do you have any examples of how to proceed? Or any suggestions?
