Attachment.GetTemporaryFilePath Method (Outlook)

Attachment.SaveAsFile Method (Outlook)

To get the way.

var attachment = contact.Attachments["ContactPicture.jpg"] as Attachment; var path = attachment.GetTemporaryFilePath(); 

To save the file.

 var attachment = contact.Attachments["ContactPicture.jpg"] as Attachment; var path = attachment.SaveAsFile(savePath);
