Is there a module or a way to simulate a wiki page for the role of some users in Drupal 7?

Using the Organic Group module (commonly called OG) you can create wiki pages. http://drupal.org/project/og

OG creates the concept of a group message, which can be a standard group message (only the author can edit the page) or a wiki group post (each group member can edit the page).

Otherwise, Drupal may use revisions, you can use this to allow your users to edit the content.
