Receive pylint warning: "Configuration file not found using default configuration"

You will receive a warning โ€œ No config file found, using default configuration โ€ if you do not have a .pylintrc file in your home directory or if you did not specify the pylint argument --rcfile=/path/to/pylintrc .

To suppress the message, on * nix:

 $ touch ~/.pylintrc

found pylintrc and uses it, it works. Post it here if someone needs it. You can change it according to your project.
