Installing BCP without installing SQL Server on a client machine?

Question

I am exporting data from a database using the BCP utility, I want to install bcp in a client machine. I do not want to install SQL Server 2008 on the client machine.

Do they have any minimal installers to install only bcp?

This is an urgent task. thanks in advance

You must use one of the SQL Server redistributable packages to stay within licensing terms. In particular, "Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Command Line Utilities"

Note: copying bcp.exe alone will not work

2015 - installed on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1

well, just put the file below in c: / windows /

 sqlncli.dll bcp.exe bcp.rll 

i checked on windows xp, with which 3 files come from sql server 2005 client
