Testing HTTP callback or webhooks

I want to see the contents of an HTTP callback created by an application (e.g. paypal or Google pubsubhubbub). Does anyone know about a simple service that I can use as an endpoint for an http message and see the contents of the http message?

You can also do this at the postman. It is available on Google Chrome. For firefox RESTClient can use

You can use http://waithook.com , which allows you to bring incoming requests to localhost.
