Webkit transitional end in mozilla and opera?

I wonder if there is some kind of predefined event like webkitTransitionEnd in Chrome in Mozilla and Opera?

How can I also find that the browser supports webkit and CSS3?

According to MDN Document Center, there is such an event:

When the transitions are completed, one event occurs. In Firefox, the transitionend event, in Opera, oTransitionEnd , and in WebKit, webkitTransitionEnd .
