Link to a web page, Facebook, like a button and a Facebook fan page?

Is it possible?

  • When someone clicks the Facebook Like button, he shares the URL of the webpage with his Facebook friends.

  • With the same click, the user also becomes a fan of the fan page of the Facebook website.

This will do all points 1 and 3 mentioned above. As for point 2, you will need to indicate this on your facebook page.

When you add a “Like” button on your website as if you were a “Facebook page” possible (and I think you know it), you cannot use the same button as several objects (your current page and page Facebook)

What can you do:

  • There are two Like buttons, one for the current page and one for the Facebook page.
  • Place the “Like” button on your Facebook page in a “visible” place (for example, over the sidebar).
  • Capture a similar event to your current page ( edge.create )
  • Encourage your user to “become a fan on Facebook” when they like your current page.
