Is the Delphi or BDS IDE capable of maintaining source code breakpoints?

It should be part of the project workspace (desktop in Borland terms), don't you think? I suspect that the answer is NO , but if it is not, please indicate how to configure it.

Delphi stores breakpoints in the [Breakpoints] section of your project .dsk file. Make sure the file is writable, and make sure your source control system doesn’t accidentally clog it.
