Is there a way to make IIS like English? my OS is currently in Turkish, so IIS.

My OS is Windows Vista Home Premium, so AFAIK, I can’t change its language.

You must set English as the display language in the OS. You can do this on the control panel β†’ Region and language β†’ Keyboards and languages → Display language (at least that is how it is in English). Vista Ultimate lets you add language packs for free. Other versions probably require a small fee for each additional language.

Take a look at the following article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc771836%28WS.10%29.aspx

It looks like you can change the .Net globalization settings, but are not sure about the IIS user interface. Since it is fairly well rooted in the operating system, you may need to change the system settings. Again, not 100% sure, but it seems logical.
