Keyboard shortcut to close the Find and Replace dialog box

In Visual Studio, I type CTRL-F to open the Find and Replace dialog. I can do a search using F3 or ENTER . This leads me to the next hit, with an emphasis on the window where the text was found.

However, the Find and Replace dialog still exists. If I press ESCAPE , the window will lose focus, but it will not disappear. I end up having to move the mouse to the little X from the top right, like 100 times a day.

Is there a keyboard shortcut to close the Find and Replace dialog box?
