Reject this binary in the new itunes connect interface

With the new itunes connect interface, I can’t find the option “reject this binary”. I got a "checksum failed" error for my download. Please help me reject this binary.

I think this is a temporary iTunes connection issue, if you want to remove your currunt assembly from the App Store, which appears awaiting verification, follow these steps.

when the new iTunes connects to you, if your application expects a viewing state, you can see this type of information in the side of your application.

When you click, remove this version from the review.

UPDATE

When your application is rejected or you are trying to download a new application, follow these steps:

  • First you need to download the binary again from Xcode or Application Loader . The last Build setting appears with the version number, select it and download again.
  • Then wait a while for processing and open your iTunes Connect account. You can check your loaded assembly in the Pre tab
  • After processing, in the "Create" section, click the + button and select the correct binary file that you downloaded and saved. Here is the actual Guide .
  • After that, you can click the Submit button to view it . And it may take some time to download to iTunes again.

Currently, the only way I have found is to abandon the iTunes Connect Mobile app.

EDIT: you still need to change the version number or just the build number.

NOTE. This answer relates to failing / replacing the binary with WEB INTERFACE for iTuens Connect, and not in the ITC application.

After loading a new assembly - with a higher BUILD number [but with the same version number] - I realized that if you click on the icon for the assembly you selected [on the versions tab], you will be given a “-” sign, minus. When you click, you can replace the current assembly with a new updated assembly.

You need to change the version number to something else. You will now see the “remove this version from review” link at the top of itunes.

First download the new binary with the new version number. Then you can click on the previous version, and you will have the opportunity to "reject the binary file", and you can click on the link "Delete the version from the overview."

I just spent two hours trying to reject the binary, the parameter, which should only be on the "Versions" tab, was simply not there, although other users posted screenshots from it, and this is described in the Apple docs.

The solution was to completely reset Safari, go to iTunes Connect, and now, the option is now available.

For the latest version of itunesconnect.apple.com, it is very difficult to find the binary version of reject (in fact, I cannot find it at all).

You can download the “ itunes connect app ”, log in and upgrade to the specific version that you want to opt out. “Reject this binary code” is marked as red, you can easily find.

This is an Apple issue and occurs after the new release of iTunes Connect UI last night (2014-09-05).

I experienced the same with the new version of the application. It has never been downloaded. The first download failed due to an Internet connection (adding that this is indeed the case). All downloads after (with a fully unlocked connection) show a 'Redundant Binary Upload' error.

For now, speaking of support for Apple iTunes Connect, you will receive an update.

UPDATE - 15:23 GMT
There seems to be no problem right now. They email me the steps that need to be taken and send me additional information to investigate them. Will be updated again

UPDATE - 2014-09-06 Yesterday, talking to Apple, they exacerbated the problem, and someone looked into it.

Now I can select the build against the application in iTunes Connect and a new Submit for Review button has appeared, which now displays, Apple plays well!: - |

I had the same problem

and I can confirm that I can reload the binary:

  • Send the application to view temporarily
  • Then reject the app through the iOS iTunes Connect app

I downloaded the binary and did not notice that the registration method for remote notifications changed in iOS8, since I could not find a way to reject this binary. I uploaded a new binary with an updated method and an increased version of the assembly.

What is it? They approved the first build ...

EDIT: I think this might help: https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/documentation/LanguagesUtilities/Conceptual/iTunesConnect_Guide/Chapters/UploadingBinariesforanApp.html

On the Options tab, we can remove or select one of the previously downloaded downloads, and one of them will be considered by Apple

There is no “reject this binary” option in the new itunesconnect because you can load more than one assembly for the version. In addition, you have a chance to cancel the check by selecting "remove this version from the review." And then you can choose another assembly to submit for review.

You can increase the build version in Xcode and load a new assembly. This will solve the problems with duplicate binaries.
