IIS 7.0 Application Pool: Recycling Log Files

Which event log files use the IIS 7.0 application pool recycling log? I want to check at what time the default application pool starts automatically.

They are registered in the Windows Event Viewer. In Win7, they are in Windows Logs> System - filter for Source = WAS

A typical message can read:

A workflow with process ID '5916' serving the application pool 'DefaultAppPool' has been disabled due to inactivity. The application pool timeout configuration was set to 20 minutes. If necessary, a new workflow will be launched.
