Elegant Chrome Validation Issue

Question

When I load my page, one of the images is higher than it should be. When I right-click “Inspect Element” anywhere on the page, the image returns to its normal position. What could be the reason for this? In FF, the image is in the correct position when loading the page. Here's what it looks like before and after the check item:
