Temporarily disable the Eclipse plugin

Is there a way to disable the Eclipse plugin without removing it?

(Eclipse 3.3 has a disconnect button, but now it is missing in Eclipse 3.4+.)

Some plugins allow you to control their loading behavior. They will be listed in the settings under "General" → "Startup and Shutdown". If the plugin provides a view, you will need to close these views (in all perspectives) for this.

First enable the classic update according to:

General> Features , then go to Help> Software Updates> Configuration Management to disable it.

Below are two links for your information.

This and this link can help you.

As mentioned in error 224145 # c34 ,

I do not see the possibility of including material, except for what is in the p2 user interface. And I don’t see any updates at all, even in the list of things to install.

P2 do not even have the ability to turn on / off, only install / uninstall.

In another world, in the P2 universe (starting with Eclipse 3.4) , it seems that the “disconnect” process seems to have no use for the word in the Ganymede Plan or Galileo Plan .
