Apple requires credit card to download xcode

Does anyone have an “official” direct download link in xcode 4.1.

Apple no longer includes an installation disk or copy of xcode. They offer * free downloads from the new integrated app store, but you must have an Apple account and credit card.

Does anyone know about this.
