I can recommend VirtualBox for this purpose, you can download the free version and is easier to use than VMWare. However, you will need a 64-bit CD-ROM for installation and a place to fully install the system, and if you install Microsoft Windows, they expect you to pay for a license key.
Also, your processor should support both 64-bit mode in hardware and vt-X / AMD-V functions (most of them). This is a bit slower, although basically it looks like a display that slows it down, not the programβs internal calculations. This is NOT an emulation, the processor really works on its native 64-bit, but VirtualBox fakes hardware devices (display, disk, network, etc.), so the result is not as good as it works normally. 3D acceleration is available, but it has limitations.
A simpler option is to simply hire a virtual machine online , looking for someone who offers 64-bit versions of Windows Server (there are many). Usually they will offer a connection via remote desktop, as a rule, you can pay for a month. Download your programs, run what you want, then delete them when you are done and cancel the service. The service provider handles installation, licensing, equipment, etc.
