Error: "5554 emulator is disabled! Canceling the start of activity"?

I uninstalled Eclipse and then installed it again and ran my program and it will start. but after a while this error appeared again emulator-5554 disabled! Cancel the start of activity !!

I did not understand why this happens again and again .... :( I also had open devices

Your device may not have enough memory to install this .apk file. You should remove the unnecessary application from the settings> Application Management> Click "Delete" in the application "Without using the application", and also clear the data of this application. ya this happens because just try resetting your adb by going to the "DDMS" environment, open the "Devices" tab, and in this upper right corner you will see the "browse menu", click on it, you will get an option called " reset adb " just might help
