How to adjust text and background color in Visual Studio 2010?

I use the black outline and adjust the color setting for the tooltips of the editor: Visual Studio 2010 Color options settings The preview example is correct, but the actual result is different: Visual Studio 2010 Edit window with tooltip

Is it possible to set the colors of tooltips correctly in Visual Studio 2010?
