Where can I find a scroll plugin like facebook?

I am looking for a plugin for scrolling (js, jquery, etc.), as shown in the upper pane on the right of Facebook for the latest streams live from our friends. Where can I find him?

I have already successfully used the jQuery jScrollPane plugin .

You will need to create your own style to emulate the Facebook slider.

This is not a scroll plugin. just CSS, JavaScript and HTML. If you are interested in this, you can check out Facebook codes and stylesheets to see what happens.
