JQuery: scroll scrolling - maybe?

I have a scrollable table with a fixed header. Is it possible to “scroll the scroll” on the scroll bar, which means that the rows of the table will not scroll pixel by pixel, but it is better to adjust its row height for better viewing.

the answer is yes .. you can configure .scrollTop and do anything you want in response to the onscroll event

What I would do is have a Dumpy DIV with a width of 0px with the scroll set at the same height as the Target DIV, without a scroll bar.

Then I tracked the scroll offset of the Dummy DIV to set the scroll attribute of the Target DIV. It will feel fluid, natural and most transparent to the user, which is really important for a good experience.
