How do I install an application in C # without administrator rights?

Yesterday, I installed Spotify from an .exe file on a computer running Windows 7 with a user who did not have administrator rights (limited user). It looks like it is installed in the AppData folder and created a shortcut on the desktop and the Start menu. However, it was also added to the list of installed programs in the "Add or Remove Programs" section of the control panel, which I didn’t think you can do without administrator rights.

I really like this method and I would like to apply it to a C # application created in SharpDevelop. What is the easiest way to do this?

The easiest way is by far ClickOnce. From the Build menu, select Publish Your Project Name and follow the instructions of the wizard: you have an installer ready to install / publish as soon as possible, which, in my experience, does not require administrator rights.
