How to stop cron created "every time"

I use the jewel "every time" and get her work:

whenever --set environment=production --update-crontab theCronJob

The interval I'm using is 2 minutes, since I'm still trying to figure it out. However, now I get the message "You have an e-mail message in the terminal window every 2 minutes." I think cron is working and letting me know about it. How to stop cron launch? These messages begin to accumulate.

thanks

To remove automatically generated cronjob from your crontab, run it every time your defintion file with the -c flag:

 $ whenever -c theCronJob

Or alternatively open your crontab manually by doing the following from the terminal

 $ crontab -e

Then you can manually delete entries from your crontab.
