ADB is not working and could not initialize the monitor thread error that occurs in ddms in android

My Android sdk file is not working properly. In ADB and DDMS there is a problem.

I tried adb kill-server , it works fine. then I wrote adb start-server , but it does not work and gives something in the output that looks like this:

 daemon is not running starting it now on port 5037.ADB sever didn't ACK 

I do not know how to make changes.

Also another thing that happened in ddms is

[2012-02-29 18:43:54 - ddms] Failed to initialize the monitor stream: Failed to establish a feedback connection
[2012-02-29 18:43:55 - adb] ADB server is not ACK

My firewall is also turned off.

The first adb destruction process from the maanger task. shutting down your eclipse .. wait 3 seconds, if you see any eclipse process in the task manager, kill it.

go to cmd type adb kill-server , then type adb devices (don't call adb start-server)

launch your eclipse and you are good to go.
